She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldo Harvey and Gertrude Autherine Keister (Rankin); her husband Ralph Lee Collins; her siblings, Geraldine Ruth Keister Miller and George Benjamin Keister; her daughters-in-law, Mary Coatney Collins and Mable Lee Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Miller and Elizabeth Broadbent Keister.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Collins of Middleburg, Thomas Collins of Brooksville and John Collins (Cheryl) of Swisher, Iowa. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Jones - Eden Funeral Home (116 E Main St, Washington, IA 52353).
