He is survived by: his wife Bonnie White of Washington; and his daughters, Dawn On-The-Hill of Memphis, MO, Candra Mills (Johnny, Jr.) of Muscatine and Amanda Mohr of Memphis, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
