She is survived by: her children, Cathy Forsha (Don Terry) and Linda Forsha (Jerry Brady); her grandsons, Craig Forsha, Brian Forsha, Stephen Forsha, Kyle Forsha and Nathan Forsha; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Payton, Sydney, Oshea and Marci; her brother Dennis Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Karl Hall, Rick Hanna, Peggy Penwell and June Hayes.
