He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vittetoe and Irene Vittetoe (Peiffer); his wife Diana Sieren; and his siblings, Richard, James, Alvin, Raymond and Dorothy Sieren White.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rose Mae Leinen and Virginia Weber; and also, Jane Dallmeyer (Kent) of Washington, IA, Nancy Schaeffer (Thomas) of St. Louis, MO, Marcia Reese (Ted) of Scottsdale, AZ and Ronald of Washington, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (602 W 2nd St, Washington, IA 52353). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Elm Grove Cemetery (1101 S Ave E, Washington, IA 52353).
