He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Ketelsen of Washington; and his children, Kenneth Englund (Miranda) of Clinton, Katrina Milhouse (Atticus) of Davenport and Vincent Tate of Clinton, Iowa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
