He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Baskins and Irma Baskins (Morgan). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Karlene) of Ankeny, IA and Kerry (Julie) of Olathe, KS; and his stepson Randy Rogers (Kathy) of Waverly, IA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
