He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Crone and Jesse Crone (Hoover); and his siblings, Kenneth, Jerry, Keith Crone, Kathleen Anderson and Karen Kleese.

He is survived by: his son Tony Crone (Jennifer) of Washington, IA; his grandchild Taryn Crone; and his siblings, Karma Hanson (Roger) of Iowa City, IA and Allen Crone of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A general memorial has been established.
