We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2019, at the age of 84, Delsena Henningfield (Washington, Iowa), born in Oxford, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christy Kahler and Sarah Leta Kahler (Bruner); her husband Richard of Washington; her children, Craig Henningfield (Sheryl) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Jeff Henningfield (Kim) of Columbus Jct, Diane Grimm (Bill) of Arnold, MO, Mary Hoden (Tom) of Council Bluffs, IA and Steven Henningfield (Lori) of Northbrook, IL; and her siblings, Lureta J. Kahler-Gibson of Toledo, IA. and Dennis A Kahler. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to United Presbyterian Home, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Iowa City, and Concordia Seminary of St. Louis. .
