It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Simmering (Washington, Iowa), who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Brinning and Grace Brinning (Anderson); his wife Norma J. Smith; and his siblings, William Brinning and Eleanor Olvey.
He is survived by: his son Larry Brinning (Connie) of Washington, IA; his grandchildren, Benson, Kristen and Alex Ramsey; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Barwick, Harold and Stanley Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
