He was predeceased by: his parents, Kanoy Creech and Mary Jackson Creech; his brothers, Allen Creech and Charles Creech; and his brothers-in-law, Earl Conley, Randy Miller and Tim Trenner.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Sue Leslie (Darren), David "Kirk" Creech and Tyler David Creech (Brook Knapp); his grandchildren, Darren Leslie (Alana), Brittany Leslie, Jessica Leslie, Trenton Levi Creech, Karmen Creech, Connor Depugh and Cameron Creech; his great grandchildren, Emma, Jazmyne, Christopher, Matthew, Wesley and Violet; his sisters, Carlota Conley, Wanda Zimmerman (Dale), Sandra Seitz, Pamela Mitchell (Daniel), Ronda Jones (Larry) and Debra Trenner; his close friend Edith Lowe; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Summers Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
