He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Lambert; his wife Talaine Collins of Park Rapids, MN; his sisters, Linda Anderson (Jerry) of Lincoln, NE and Janet Gottula (Brad) of Lincoln, NE; his nephews, Trevor, Bryan Gottula and Mark Wilkening; and his niece Jana Farritor. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and several cousins.
