With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Kujaczynski of Washington, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Kujaczynski and Frances Kujaczynski (Matekin); and his brothers, Randy Kujaczynski and Don Kujaczynski, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janie Kujaczynski of Washington, IA; and his siblings, Joe Kujaczynski (Deb) of Loveland, CO, Cindy Carey (Chuck) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Patsy Kujaczynski of Iowa City, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A general memorial has been established.
