He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Kujaczynski and Frances Kujaczynski (Matekin); and his brothers, Randy Kujaczynski and Don Kujaczynski, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janie Kujaczynski of Washington, IA; and his siblings, Joe Kujaczynski (Deb) of Loveland, CO, Cindy Carey (Chuck) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Patsy Kujaczynski of Iowa City, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
