She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arlo and Bertha Christine Phelps (Galle). She is survived by: her husband Leroy Havel of Washington, IA; her siblings, Corine Phelps of Washington, IA and Charles Phelps (Lois) of Winfield, IA; and her brother-in-law Robert Havel (Pat) of Washington, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
