He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wilbur and Frances Pauline Leeper (Derby); and his siblings, Kathryn, Benjamin and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Leeper (Lucia) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Anetia Woodsmall (Dale) of Washington, Iowa and Pamela Roth (Steven) of Richmond, Texas; and his sisters, Beth Johnson (Bill) of Urbandale, Iowa and Leloni Clark of Big Springs, Texas.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
