It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cletus Reed of Washington, Iowa, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Reed and Margaret Reed (Hammes); his son Nicholas L. Reed; his grandson Shawn Jirak; his siblings, Eugene Reed, Hubert Reed and Joanne Luttenegger (Harold); and his brother-in-law Howard Stelton.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Meghan; his wife Audrey Reed of Washington, IA; his children, Paul Reed (Leann) of Washington, IA, Judy Corcoran (Clarke) of Evergreen Park, IL, Jacque Reed (Rigo) of New Paltz, NY, Sarah Jirak (Don) of Sleepy Eye, MN, Sandra Reed (John) of Huntington, WV, Kevin Reed (Jodi) of Washington, IA and Ken Reed (Aimee) of Washington, IA; and his siblings, Dan Reed (Mary) of South English, IA, Edmund Reed (Janice) of Keota, IA, James Reed (Arbie) of Washington, IA and Rose Ellen Stelton of Washington, IA. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
