He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert William Davis, Sr. and Donna Jean Tackett; and also Annelaine Davis. He is survived by: his son Chuck Tackett, III; his mother Sarah Dean; his stepfather Randy Dean; his father Chuck Tackett, I; his siblings, Destiny Dawn Tackett, Robert William Tackett, Justin Martin and Randy Scott Dean, Jr.; his nephew Dillan Jean McCoy; and his grandparents, Shirley Ann Davis and Charles Ray Tackett of Washington. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
