It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ann Levy (Washington, Iowa), born in Kalona, Iowa, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Genevieve Fry; her children, Mike (Mary), Deb Larson (Steve), Dave (Peg), Marty (Chris), Jennifer and Becky; her grandchildren, Jessica Ludwig (Nick), Amy VenHorst (Ryan), Joe Levy (Annie), Eric Larson (Katie), Paul Levy (Alex), Ryan Levy (Alissa), Jay Sherman and Kelly Sherman; and her brother Paul Fry.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to HACAP (HACAP.org), YMCA of Washington County (washingtony.org), and Hospice of Washington County (hospicewc.com).
