He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Dallmeyer and Gertrude Dallmeyer (McDaniel); his siblings, Lola Tremont, Agnes, Minnie, Helen Thompson, Francis, Floyd, Kenneth and Lewis; and his half-siblings, Lois Lowe and Harlan Dallmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dallmeyer of Washington, Iowa; his children, Kent Dallmeyer (Jane) of Washington, Iowa and Dae Underwood (Russ) of Johnston, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kurt Dallmeyer (Jan) of Wellman, Iowa, Karin Wellington of Boone, Iowa and Brian Underwood (Liz) of Orlando, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Kyle, Kellie Dallmeyer, Warren, Grant, Flora Wellington and Lydia Underwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the United Methodist Church, Washington County Fair Association or the Washington Betterment Foundation.
