With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Mills of Washington, Iowa, who passed away on November 5, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Howard and Marion Mills (Widdifield); and his brother Phillip Mills. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mills of Manning; his children, Karol Dammann (Brad Otto) of Manning and Scott Mills (Carrie) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Kayla Dammann (Jerad Florian), Alex Dammann, Cole Mills, Morgan Mills, Jessica Mills, Colton Otto and Keaton Otto; his great grandchildren, Jadyn Weitl and Lane Florian; his sister Joy Ann Bennett (Jim) of Washington; his brother-in-law Duane O'Connor (Esther) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his nieces, Kelly Chalfant (Rob) and Melissa Keller (Chris). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
