She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hans and Hazel Blanche Jensen (Duffren); her husband Herbert Conklin Osincup; her sister Sylviabelle Ackerlund; and her sons-in-law, Mike Hurley, Jovon Schultz, Bruce Chapman and Jon Roselund.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna K. Olson (Robert) of Iowa City, Iowa, Nancy E. Roselund of Hills, Iowa, Janet O. Hurley (Stanley Goldenberg) of Miami, Florida and Elyse E. Chapman of Coralville, Iowa. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials have been established to the Community Foundation of Washington County – Herb and Betty Jensen Osincup Legacy Fund.
