She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Thomas Noel, Tracey Joe Noel (Stacy), Mark William Noel and Theresa Marie Groves (Shawn); her grandchildren, Linzi Noel, Alexandria Kinnison (Dustin), Kareess Noel, Courtney Wells, Jadelynn Noel, Anthony Dailey and Destanie Dailey; and her siblings, Raymond Robinson, Ruth Hart, Herman Robinson and Carolyn Stallman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
