She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles and Mayme Mae Kolosick (Longer); her husband Harold E. Strum; her sister Mildred LeFever; and her son-in-law Steve Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Brown of Riverside, Iowa and Bill Strum of Kalona, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Jeff Stannard of Appleton, Wisconsin and Jodi Klebe (Kevin) of Riverside, Iowa. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
