He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Berg and Effie Milton; and his siblings, Timothy Warwick and Florence Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Starr Henie of Washington, IA; and his children, Douglas Henie (Cindy) of Chugiak, AK, Roxanne Yancey of Hoover, AL and Crystal Barringer (Robert) of Rio Rancho, NM. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
