He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Neil; and his half-sister Pam Oquin. He is survived by: his mother Kap Hui Kwak Shirkey; his children, Gabe Shirkey (Taylor Blankenship) and Connor Shirkey (Erin Pollard); his stepchildren, Shelly Quinlan (Dustin), Dustin Robinson and Jenna Robinson; his grandchildren, William Baughn, Audrey Wyndham and Joey Robinson; and his half-brothers, Mark Shirkey and Anthony Shirkey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.
Facial masks will be required, and social distancing will be practiced.
