It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Latta of Wapello, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Vivver and Jacqueline Mae Latta (Rohde). He is survived by: his brother Donnie Latta (Beth) of Grandview; his uncle Kenny Latta of Grandview; and his pet Willow.
