She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hartsock and Lillie Pearl Hartsock (Hank); her husband Lawrence Charles Kerr; and her children, Shirley Fletcher and Merwin Kerr.
She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence M. Kerr (Judy) of Macomb, Keith Kerr (Deanna) of Toolsboro and Ronald Kerr (Shirley) of Wapello. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Wapello Fire Department or the Wapello United Methodist Church in memory of Ruth.
