It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert William McElhinney (Wapello, Iowa), born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earnest and Harriet Elizabeth McElhinney (Kreiner); his sister-in-law Fran McElhinney; and his nephew Matt McElhinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe McElhinney (Rose Mary) of Tipton, Dick McElhinney of Morning Sun, Keith McElhinney (Debbie) of Morning Sun, Kenneth McElhinney (Chris) of Morning Sun and Mary King (Dean) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
