He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Fletcher (Kerr); and his friend Mike Lloyd. He is survived by: his father Perry Fletcher; his wife Eva Bowman; his grandchild Kiarra; his children, Josh Fletcher of Muscatine, Amber Buffington (Kevin Murphy) of Wapello and Justin Fletcher (Miranda) of Wapello; his grandchildren, Kiara, Bliven and Finnigan; his grandmother Ruth Kerr; his siblings, Brian Fletcher and Renee Arnold; and his friends, Ron Orris, Greg Kerr, Tim Connolly, Dwayne Connolly and Bill Newswander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, the family request all that attend to please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Kevin's memory.
