He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wagner and Galilee Johnson Wagner; his wife Delpha Holcomb; and his daughter-in-law Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Guy Wagner of Congress, Arizona, Andrea Pedersen (Kent) of West Branch and Vicki Sachleben (Steve) of Blue Grass; and his grandchildren, Steven Sachleben (Robin), Michael Sachleben, Ellianne Sachleben and Elizabeth May Wagner.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Blue Grass American Legion.
