She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hutchison and Dorothy Hutchison (Brown); and her daughter Jodi Batenhorst. She is survived by: her children, Scot Humiston (Linda) of Columbus Junction, Judi Phillips (Rocky) of Letts, Doug Humiston (Marcia) of Altoona, Juli Humiston (Matt DeKeyrel) of Illinois City and Tony Humiston (Deb) of Columbus Junction; and her grandchildren, Jason Humiston (Kristen), Jill Townsley (Sam Clark), Jennifer Reynolds (Steve), Ali Coyne (Ben), Jamie Phillips (Randy), Rocky "Big Dog" Phillips (Michelle), Emily Johannsen (Jeremy), Mitchell DeKeyrel, Hunter Humiston, Mason DeKeyrel, Makenna Humiston and Tyler Humiston. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wapello Methodist Church (319 N Main St, Wapello, IA 52653). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
