He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gustison and Ruby Gustison (Bouguess); his former wife Grace Hammond; his wife Marcia Hartsock Schneider; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Griffith, John Hammond (Mary), Richard Hammond, Gene Zimmer and Jennie Gustison.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Jo Greiner (Greg) of Wapello, Don (Annette Newton), Jim Gustison of Burlington and Corey Gustison (Jessi) of Wapello; his grandchildren, Cody Greiner (Kenna), Ryan Greiner (Jennifer), Mallory Pflum (Spencer) of Bailey Misenheimer, J. D, Gracie Gustison and Jake Gustison; his siblings, Paul Gustison of Wapello and Nancy Griffith of Burlington; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Zimmer of LeMars and Lorna Hammond of Columbus Junction; and his close friends, Roy and Lana York of St. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Jack's name.
