We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Forrest H. Bartenhagen of Wapello, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bartenhagen and Marie Bartenhagen (Creswell); and his brother Clarence of Wapello. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Messer of Davenport, IA; his children, Chuck of Davenport, IA, Mike (Jennifer) of Chicago, IL and Lisa Bohn of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Harmon, Will, Christian, Matt, Nathan, Hannah, Tommy and Henry; and his sister-in-law Carolyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Forrest should be directed to the First Presbyterian Churches in Wapello, IA or Sun City, AZ, and the Wapello Volunteer Fire Department.
