He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett "Bud" Webb and Dorothy Webb (Keltner); and his sister Diana Kuhlenbeck. He is survived by: his wife Janice Kay Webb (Gipple); his children, Tiffany Titlow (Alex) of Peoria, IL, Abby Gholston (Clay) of Baldwyn, MS and Brock Webb (Trisha) of Pleasantville, IA.; his grandchildren, Everett, Sadie Titlow, Tindall, Lucille, Nell Gholston, Marshall and Bennett Webb; his siblings, Anita Kennedy (Dennis) of Omaha, Peggy Willson (Rick) of Wapello and Kevin Webb (Carol) of Arizona; and his brother-in-law Larry Kuhlenbeck of Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Wapello Fire Department and the Wapello Swimming Pool in Doug's name.
