She was predeceased by: her parents, Job Keltner and Grace Keltner (Hardman); her husband Everett "Bud" Webb; and her siblings, Don Keltner, Clarence Keltner, Harlan Keltner, Carl Keltner, Jolene Pogemiller and Maxine Cornick.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Kennedy (Dennis) of Omaha, Diana Kuhlenbeck (Larry) of Burlington, Doug Webb (Janice) of Wapello, Peggy Willson (Rick) of Wapello and Kevin Webb (Carol) of Colorado; and her brother Job "Junior" Keltner of Burlington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
