He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Marshall and Lillian Marshall (Vollmer); his wife Wanda Lou Lihs; his son-in-law Don Hollingsworth; and his brothers, Bob, Keith and Gene.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Foor (Dave) of Florida, Debbie Hollingsworth of Wapello and Billy George Marshall Jr. (Cindy) of Wapello; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Kristy, Billy, Luke, Lynn (Darin), Les (Lindsay), Laura (BJ), Jason (Kristen), Aaron (Valerie) and Brian (Brigette).
