He is survived by: his daughter Julie (Chuck Gross) of Walnut, Iowa; his wife Joan Bornholdt of Avoca, Iowa; his son Jeff Bornholdt of Avoca, Iowa; his grandchildren, Tom Gross of Walnut, Iowa and Britney (Dave Archibald) of Walnut, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Reese and Easton Archibald; his siblings, Robert Bornholdt (Judy) of Kimballton, Iowa and Darlene (Dewey Hess) of Harlan, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Mickie Bornholdt of Atlantic, Iowa, Jean Bornholdt of Walnut, Iowa and Janet Bornholdt of Atlantic, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.
