She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wathen and Mary Ellen Wathen (Dyer); her husband Alfred Zufall; her grandson Caleb Zufall; her siblings, Jean Zufall, Leo Wathen and Gilbert Wathen; and her siblings-in-law, Beulah Bishop, Alice Zufall, Stella Kessler, Marjorie Sanders, Gerald, Harold and Vern.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara E. Ricke (Doug) of Spirit Lake, Iowa, Robert L. Zufall (Susan) of Maple Grove, Minnesota and Lowell T. Zufall (Pam) of Estherville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
