He is survived by: his spouse Deanne Hepperly; his daughter Andrea Johnson (Andy) of Clear Lake, IA; his grandsons, Grant Johnson (Khanh) of Mason City, IA and Charlie Johnson of Mason City, IA; his siblings, Donna Rae Solt of Fayetteville, NC and Cletus Cook (Jane) of Carroll, IA; and his nephews, Cory Cook (Jessica) of New Hampton, IA, Casey Cook (Caitlin) of Carroll, IA, Pete Cook (Sharon) of Canton, OH and David Cook (Alecia) of St. Paul, NC. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
