She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bly and Edith Bly (Weakly); and her sister Jean Tomlinson. She is survived by: her children, Mike Richey (Linda) of Columbia, MO and Jennifer Carlisle (Roger) of Wall Lake, IA. She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
