He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Devereux and Bernice Devereux (O'Brien); his siblings, William, John, Donovan and Kathleen; and his daughter Gabrielle Devereux.
He is survived by: his wife Linda "Sue" F. Devereux (Smith); his children, Angie Reedy (Tim) of Mackinaw, Kelly Sprague (Tanner) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Stephen Devereux (Jenn) of Cedar Rapids, Robert Devereux (Georgia) of Marion and Gregory Devereux of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Austin Reedy (Anna), Justin Reedy, Adam Devereux, Arianna Devereux, Allison Devereux, Megan Devereux, Bridget Percy Devereux, Brooke Devereux, Jacob Devereux, Isabella Devereux, Sophie Lowe (Candid) and Colton Lowe; his great grandchildren, Alec Brockman, Bailey and Mila Sprague; and his siblings, Alexander (Shirley), Patrick (Jean), Bernard (Linda) and Maurita Penn (Doug).
Memorials may be directed to the food bank at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Walker.
