He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Waller and Lillian Waller; and his brothers, Milton and Burt. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Waller Fulton and Harold. He is also survived by three Nephews, and two Nieces as well as a host of Great and Great-great Nephews, Nieces, and friends.
