Herbert Schade Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Schade (Walker, Iowa), born in Ocheyedan, Iowa, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Schade and Lillian Schade (Huge); his wife Donna; and his siblings, Don, Bob, Mervin and Wilma.

He is survived by: his children, Dianne Schade, Les Ratekin of Evergreen, CO, Debbie Robbins of Tucson, AZ, Steve and Nancy Schade of Walker; his grandchildren, Andrew Ratekin, Carrie Westover, Ben Robbins, Joshua Schade (Jennie), Jenna Johnson (Cody) and Carly Ratekin; his great grandchildren, Ian Westover, Elaina Westover and Madelyn Schade; and his sisters, Agnes and Delores.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family.
