She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Kinzey and Zane; her mother Susan Burke of Cedar Rapids; her parents-in-law, Ron and Jody Kositzky of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Ken Kositzky (Jenna) of Marion and Melissa Blair (Steve) of Cedar Rapids.
