He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stagg and Lura Stagg (Hartsock); his wife Mary Rotter; his sisters, Elsie Sward, Marilyn Rouner, Margaret Seebeck, Ruth Beranek, Matti Lou Lewis, Kay Blink and Carol Ann Neitderhisar; his sister-in-law Donna Zebokrtsky; his brothers, Keith, Howard and Billy; and his brothers-in-law, Bernard Marak and James Rotter.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Stagg (Kelly) and Angela Tjelmeland (Kurt); his grandchildren, Mindy Graeter, Debra Horak, Michelle Jacob (Kyle), Tyler Tjelmeland (Alicia) and Kara Adams (Matt); his great grandchildren, Lexa, Makenna, Shaylee, Claire, Drake and Kate; his close friend Marilyn Busher; his siblings, Kathleen Murray, Leslie Stagg and Wayne Stagg (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Schulte, Phyllis Marak and Darryl Neitderhisar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
