Collins; her daughter Kelly Pottebaum (Jeffrey) of Walford; her granddaughters, Carolyn Pottebaum, Colleen Pottebaum and Catherine Pottebaum; her siblings, Tom Loeffelholz (Connie) of Cuba City, Fidelis Loeffelholz (Nancy) of Cuba City, Vincent Loeffelholz (Sally) of Cuba City, Bernadette Williams (Don) of Lancaster, Agnes Fritz (Norb) of Lancaster, Felicia Schmitt of Platteville, Imelda Hying (Bob) of Potosi, Madonna Whitaker (Mick) of Potosi, Mary Lou Kruser (Harvey) of Potosi and Ruth Wiederholt (LaVern) of Cuba City; and her siblings-in-law, Don Novotney, Mary O'Hara and Michael Collins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
