He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hutter and Ruby Hutter (Freeman). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Harvey of Walcott; his children, Marie Tharp (Mike) of Walcott and John Hutter (Nancy) of Davenport; and his grandchildren, Amanda Tellez (Dan), Katelyn Tharp (Chris Wolfram), Joshua Hutter and Steven Hutter.
Those attending are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
