She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pomazal and Jessie Pomazal (Montgomery). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Michael R.; her sons, Michael (Elizabeth), Jason (Kara) and Scott; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Hannah), William (Bailey), Joseph, Kaitlyn, Jessica and Maverick; her siblings, Michael Pomazal (Deborah) and Debra Schultz (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Kudra, Patrick (Phyllis) and David (Janine).
