He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenny Washburn and Hazel Washburn Sr. (Everett); his wife Susan; his children, Elizabeth Galbraith (Robert) of Rock Island and James Washburn (Molly) of Portland, Oregon; his grandchildren, Andrew, Colin, Kate and Meredith; his sisters, Jill Jones, Kay Seymour and Sue Cox; and his cousin Aaron Everett. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to the Durant Ambulance, Walcott Fire Department or the First Baptist Church in his memory.
