He is survived by: his wife Deanna Sue Armstrong; his children, Tammy Buhman (Bill) of Walcott and John Harper (Amy) of Hopewell Jct; his grandchildren, Brandon Blackwell, Jeremy Williams, Allisha Jennett, Amber Jennett and Kayla Buhman; and his siblings, Jim Harper of Centerville, Iowa, Rich Harper of Centerville, Iowa and Sharon Harper of Muscatine, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
