He is survived by: his children, Nancy Boettcher of Muscatine, Barbara Schroeder of Muscatine and Allen Boettcher (Rachel) of Plainfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Rachel Schroeder, Jacob Boettcher (Lindsay), Jake Boettcher, Sydney Miedema (Tyler), Zane Boettcher (Madison Ahsmann), Jacey and Javen Boettcher; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Holly, Isabelle and Crew Boettcher.
